We took the short trip to Fundy Bay, NB today, and we are staying in a Canadian National Park. It is really nice and we have water, sewer and electric hook-ups, except the mosquitoes are as big as hummingbirds - and the black flies are fierce!
We are using the antenna for the TV and have three whole channels - and one of those is all French speaking! Mom just realized that the Canadians haven't gone digital, so that's why we don't get much for TV. After we got camp all set up, we went exploring the park and Mom took pictures of course. We drove into town and Dad said he is going to take Mom to dinner tomorrow night. (Hope she saves me something.) The weather is cool, breezy and overcast, so we will be eating in tonight.
We don't have Internet service here, so we will be posting a few days all at the same time.
Covered bridge across a river - water is WAY DOWN - tide is going out! |
This is what is on the other side of the bridge at left |
Stairs (lots of stairs) going down to the water |
Tide is out - it will come up to where the trees are on the right side of the picture |
The tide is out - notice the white boat to the left... |
...the tide is in - notice the same white boat in the center of the picture. |
